Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cesarean sections involving a high non-engaged fetal head at term, with a gestational duration of thirty-seven weeks or more, in singleton pregnancies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congenital anomaly of the fetal head patients use anticoagulants during pregnancy.
