Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diabetes patients with University of Texas Grade 1 foot ulcers attending the outpatient clinic at the CCTH and the wound clinic of the Surgical department of the CCTH.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes and foot ulcers who are too ill to be interviewed. 2. Ulcers that are not classified as University of Texas Grade 1 ulcers 3. Patients who are on other Vitamin B formulations and do not consent to washout. 4. Patients who do not give consent to be part of the study
