Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age among eighty and sixty years, Body mass index (BMI) above forty kilograms per square meter BMI above thirty-five kilograms per square meter with comorbidities, e.g., type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension, Failure of supervised conservative treatment for obesity for a minimum of two years, Willingness to follow protocol needs that involve completing routine monitoring visits for the research period, Signing the informed consent form, and completing all prior to the operation diagnostic and laboratory tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases with BMI above sixty, Prior bariatric operation, Symptomatic reflux oesphagitis illness, Significant psychological disorder, Gastric pathology (active peptic ulcer, tumor), Substance abuse, Active alcohol Severe eating disorders (bulimia) Severe systemic illness, making anesthesia or operation prohibitively risky (American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) class IV).
