Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Children of both sexes aged 6 months to 59 months; - Residing in the SSDS coverage area; - Covered by the CPS (AQSP's effective administration); - Parents' ability and willingness to comply with the protocol for the duration of the study and to accept home visits; - Signature (or fingerprint (thumb) when parents/guardians are illiterate) of the consent form by the child's parents or guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Individual not covered by the CPS (outside the CPS target or child of the target but who has not received the AQSP as part of the CPS) - Individual sick at the time of enrolment including simple or severe malaria or severe malnutrition. Any child with severe acute malnutrition (SAM) as defined by the Burkina Faso Nutrition Directorate and WHO (i.e. MUAC <115 mm or WHZ < -3 SD or nutritional oedema) will not be included in the study. These children will be referred to health centers in the child's area of residence for case management according to national guidelines. - Severe anemia (Hb < 5g/dL) - Congenital disease or known allergy to MQ-LNS: Plumpy Doz® or SQ-LNS: Nutributter Plus® - Planned travel or inability to complete study follow-up; - Reluctance of parents/guardians to participate in the study; - Participation in a clinical trial (drug or vaccine) related to the management or prevention of malaria and malnutrition; - Any other condition which, in the judgment of the investigator, would compromise the safety, rights or well-being of the participant or render him/her unable to comply with the protocol, or which could affect the validity of the study.
