Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Older adults who are 60 years old and older. b. Older adults who have smart devices such as smart phones or tablets that are able to connect to the Internet, and can operate such smartphones and tablets c. Older adults who are literate in the English and/or Yoruba Languages. d. Older adults who are not participating in any structured exercise programme at the time of the study. e. Older adults who can perform their activities of daily living independently. f. Older adults that complete the Physical Readiness Questionnaire and do not have any medical or physical condition that needs special attention
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Older adults that have reportedly been clinically diagnosed (by a physician) with any of the following conditions: cognitive impairment, psychological illness (e.g. schizophrenia, dementia), stroke, spinal cord injuries. b. Older adults that have an absolute contraindication to exercise e.g. unstable angina, deep vein thrombosis. c. Older adults with a progressive neurological condition such as Guillian Barren Syndrome, multiple sclerosis d. Older adults with physical disabilities that could prevent them from walking independently e.g. amputations
