Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for selection inclusion will include: being between the ages of 18 and 35 years old with a BMI of 30 and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals with: Any medical conditions that can be worsened by exercise will be excluded Individuals under medication that can affect the results of the study Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders will also be excluded from the study
