Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants should have mild to moderate tension headaches No history of musculoskeletal No history of neurological problems in the head region

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They shouldn't have visual or auditory problems. They don't suffer from hereditary disorders, They shouldn't have sphenoid sinusitis They shouldn't have temporomandibular disorder. Moreover, they are free from cervical pathology or any brain tumor
