Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with any type of cancer Aged 18 years or older Able to feed orally Receiving follow-up care at public referral hospitals in three Public Health Hospitals Capable of providing informed consent Willing to engage in behavioral interventions Has completed or is currently undergoing primary cancer treatments (surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation) In a stable health condition appropriate for study participation No comorbidities of chronic diseases such as kidney failure, heart failure, liver failure, or diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significant comorbid medical or psychiatric conditions that could interfere with study participation or assessments Pregnant patients Presence of edema or ascites Dysphagia Bowel obstruction Unable to understand or communicate effectively in the study's languages Currently receiving terminal palliative care Receiving enteral or parenteral nutrition
