Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Paralytic hip, either dislocated or subluxed due to any cause of paralysis, as CP, Meningocele (group 3), Sacral agenesis, and other syndromic causes of hip paralysis. Age between 5 and 15 years. Either an ambulant or a non-ambulant patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Paralytic hip with damaged epiphyseal plate due to infection or other causes. Age younger than 5 years and older than 15 years. Guardians refusing surgery.
