Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:18-65 years 2. Weight: 55 - 90 kg 3. Sex: males and females 4. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I-III physical status scheduled for hip arthroplasty due to fracture neck of femur
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to peripheral nerve blocks; lack of patient consent, coagulopathy, or infection at the site of injection. 2. Patients with relevant allergies to used drugs. 3. Body mass index (BMI) more than 35 kg/m2 4. Patients with cognitive or psychiatric dysfunction . 5. Patients with neurological dysfunction in the lower extremities. 6. Pregnancy or breastfeeding women. 7. Children <18 years old.
