Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing gastric sleeve operation. Age between 18 to 45. ASA II and lII Patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receiving any anticoagulant drug at a therapeutic dose. Acute coronary syndrome pulmonary edema. Immunosuppressive drugs Oral contraceptive pills. Severe renal or hepatic disease. Malignancy. Multi-visceral resection.
