Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged between 15 and 17 years Body Mass Index (BMI) in the moderate obesity range (30–34.9 kg/m²) No musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic disorders affecting physical activity in the past 6 months Normal or corrected-to-normal vision Regular attendance in physical education (PE) classes Written informed consent provided by participant and legal guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adolescents with a BMI below 30 or above 34.9 kg/m² Presence of musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic conditions affecting physical activity in the past 6 months Visual impairments not corrected to normal Irregular attendance in physical education classes Refusal or absence of informed consent from participant or legal guardian
