Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Being responsible for providing direct care to psychiatric patients for at least one year. - Age (not less than 30 years). - Agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Caregivers with severe mental or physical illness - Those currently participating in another psychological program - Unwilling to participate in follow-up
