Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forty patients of both sexes with unilateral lumbosacral radiculopathy due to (L4, L5) (L5, S1) disc herniation based on careful clinical evaluation magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the lumbar spine. Patients’ age ranged from 25 to 45 years. Duration of pain was more than three months. The selected patients in the study had forward head posture (FHP) (Cranio-Vertebral angle CVA less than 50°). Normal body mass index (18.5 - 24.99 Kg/m2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal tumors, cauda equina syndrome, spinal fractures, osteoporosis, infection. Bilateral symptoms of lumbosacral radiculopathy. Spondylolisthesis, spondylitis, and spinal canal stenosis. Previous lumbopelvic or hip surgery or injection Hip structural abnormality such as malformations, impingements and degeneration. Postural deviations such as scoliosis or lateral shift. Medically unstable patients. Pregnancy.
