Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elderly patients admitted for hip fracture surgery under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with polytrauma requiring other surgeries, or Allergy to study medications Patients refusing spinal anesthesia patients with neuropsychiatric problems affecting cognition or cooperation
