Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Community health worker (CHW) currently practising in Ghana, Malawi or Ethiopia. Role to be one of the following: community health nurse (Ghana), health extension worker (Ethiopia) or health surveillance assistant (Malawi). N.B. Senior.junior versions of these roles are permitted. Works within a "hard-to-reach" catchment area, as defined by relevant Ministry of Health criteria in each country. Minimum age 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not currently practising as a CHW in in Ghana, Malawi or Ethiopia. Working in any role other than community health nurse (Ghana), health extension worker (Ethiopia) or health surveillance assistant (Malawi). Catchment area not defined as "hard-to-reach", according to relevant Ministry of Health criteria in each country. Aged below 18 years. Compromised ability to give informed consent (e.g. through mental illness).
