Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who can independently ambulate. 2. No contraindications to increased physical activity, as determined by a brief health screening questionnaire. 3. Residents of the community for at least six months prior to enrolment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, as indicated by a score of 10 or lower on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE). 2. Those currently enrolled in structured exercise programs. 3. Individuals with recent surgeries or acute medical conditions.
