Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls attending randomly selected schools in Kaffa Zone, Southwest Ethiopia,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: This study will exclude critically ill adolescent girls, those who are pregnant or nursing, and those who have a history of systemic infection or treatment for over a month before the survey.
