Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Male, 16–23 years old - Active amateur football player at Association Club Athletic Tamesna club - No comorbidities or recent injuries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of hamstring injury in the past 6 months - Current injury or failure to adhere to protocol

Change in hamstring muscle flexibility measured by the Passive Straight Leg Raise (PSLR) test using a goniometer

Self-reported perceived discomfort during stretching using a 10-point Likert scale
