Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I and II, both sexes, ages 20 to 65 years, Child-Pugh grade A

Exclusion criteria: the patient declined to participate, Child B or C category, dementia or neuromuscular disorders, coagulation or hematological abnormalities, known allergies or contraindications to opioids, ketamine, or local anesthetics, pre-existing chronic pain conditions, opioid dependence,
