Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Central obese adolescents with > 102 cm waist circumference , BMI > 30 with chronic low back pain from more than 3 months or more 2- Participants age ranged from 40- 50 years old 3- Diminished forced vital capacity (FVC) & forced expiratory volume exhaled in the first second (FEV1) 4- Mild disability according to oswestry disability index score 5-Particpants will be screened before inclusion in the study by measuring their diaphragmatic excursion by ultrasonography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Any surgery affecting abdominal region 2-Current medical treatment or physical therapy for Diminished forced vital capacity (FVC) & forced expiratory volume exhaled in the first second (FEV1) 3-Pathologies such as: skin diseases , neurological diseases , fractures or dislocations 4- visual or auditory problems
