Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. seventy patients of both sexes with cervicogenic headache. 2. patients suffering from cervicogenic headache based on international headache society "IHS" criteria for cervicogenic headache. 3. patients with unilateral cervical radiculopathy (C4-C5) (C5-C6), OR (C6-C7) 4. Patients will be referred by neurological consultants. 5. Age ranged from 30 to 52 years 6. Normal body mass index (18.5 - 29.9 kg/m²) 7. Moderate (45–74) to severe (75–100) neck pain on visual analogue scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical myelopathy with evidence of pyramidal, posterior column disorders. 2. History of cervical or shoulder surgery or trauma. 3. History of ankle or lumbosacral surgeries 4. History of any neurologic disease that may affect balance. (Vestibular – cerebellar disorders .et al) 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 6. Inner ear infection, or diabetes mellitus. 7. History of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction 8. History of Cerebrovascular disease. 9. Addictive drugs and sedatives within 48 hours before tests. 10.Other types of headaches (migraine – cluster headaches)
