Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled for guided growth surgery for a diagnosis of genu varum or genu valgum. Patients must stay in a household where someone possesses and uses virtual communication devices like a smartphone, tablet, laptop and are willing to use it for the purpose of telehealth follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with non-idiopathic/non-physiologic genu varum/valgum for whom more frequent/ closer in-person follow up is needed Patients of parents that don’t consent to the study. Patients with confirmed pending surgical procedures on the lower limb that has previously had guided growth surgery during the follow-up period for this study. Patients for whom there is no one in the family that has smartphone resources available to participate in the study.
