Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Central obese adolescents with > 102 cm waist circumference , BMI > 30 with chronic low back pain from more than 3 months or more 2- Participants age ranged from 13- 18 years 3- Lumbar instability indicating core stabilization 4- Mild disability according to oswestry disability index score 5-Particpants will be screened before inclusion in the study by measuring their Lumbosacral angle by surgimap spine software program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Any surgery affecting lumbar region 2-Current medical treatment or physical therapy for low back pain 3-Pathologies such as: skin diseases , neurological diseases , fractures or dislocations 4- Visual or auditory problems
