Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients suffering from back pain AND seeking care at the Mbouo-Bandjoun Protestant Hospital during the recruitment period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from mental disorders who are unable to consent; Patients who do not consent to the study

Age (years), sex (male/female/other), occupation, place of residence, distance travelled (minutes/hours), pain (NRS: Numerical Rating Scale), disability (ODI: Oswestry Disability Index), diagnoses and treatments already carried out (including associated costs), location of pain (cervical/thoracic/lumbar spine), duration of pain (days/weeks/months/years), proposed diagnosis (radiological/neurological/laboratory tests, etc.), proposed treatment (non-operative: analgesics/physiotherapy/local heat/massage; minimally invasive: injections/denervation; referral to another specialist centre for operation).	—
