Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The main inclusion criteria: at site-level inclusion; Level of TB burden in the district Location (Urban, rural, and peri-urban). At individual level inclusion: Adults and children residing within the study catchment area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: About the exclusion criteria: at site-level; Participant does not agree to participate in the study Sites where Electronic Case-Based Survaillance System platform is in use and feasible Sites where Electronic Community Health Information Syetm platform is in use and feasible. Exclusion at individual level; A participant is unable to provide informed consent Participant declines to participate.

Proportion of presumptive TB cases diagnosed and initiated on TB Rx, that is, number of TB cases diagnosed and initiated on TB Rx or number of presumptive TB cases identified.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Incremental cost per TB patient diagnosed and initiated of treatment;Proportion of people with RDT positive malaria results initiated on ACTS.;Proportion of eligible people with RDT positive HIV results on self-test confirmed at HCF and initiated on ART.
