Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with uncomplicated singleton term pregnancies (37+0 - 42+0 weeks' gestation) undergoing planned IOL for any indication with a Bishop score below six and cephalic fetal presentation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women in spontaneous labor or with a history of uterine scarring
