Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis 2. Patients within the ages of 40 and 65 years of age. 3. Patients with mild to moderate osteoarthritis.(Kellgren-Lawrence grade 1-3). 4. Patients with a score of 5 or greater on Numerical Pain Rating Scale. 5. Patients that possess a smartphone with Internet connection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other significant joint disease e.g Rheumatoid Arthritis, Gout 2 Patients with severe osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 4). 3. Patients who are not knowledgeable in the use of Information and Communication Technology. 4. Patients with several cardiovascular, respiratory or neurological conditions.
