Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All infertile women aged 18 to 50years All infertile women selected for IVF treatment using egg donors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uterine anomalies endocrinopathies like diabetes mellitus and thyroid disease haematological disorders like sickle cell disease known genetic or immunological disorders like antiphospholipid syndrome
