Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged from 1 to 6 years. • Both sexes. • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical stats I, II. • Patient who underwent hip surgeries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parent refusal. • ASA III and IV • Allergy to any medication used in the nerve block. • Patients with neurological or psychological disorders. • Patients with anatomic abnormalities at site of injection, skin lesions, infection, or wounds at site of proposed needle insertion. • Patients with bleeding disorders defined as international normalized ratio (INR) >1.5 and/or platelet count <100,000/µL.
