Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All persons affected by leprosy/BU, registered for treatment from 2014 up to one year before the end of intervention, aged above 15 years living in the six districts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability or refusal to give informed consent, Persons in need of urgent medical and psychological attention, Persons unable to communicate clearly.
