Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Histologically proven advanced epithelial ovarian cancer (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics - FIGO stage III–IV). • Unresectable disease at primary assessment confirmed either by laparoscopy, laparotomy, or combined CT scan evaluation and cytology. • Cases that respond to neoadjuvant chemotherapy with complete or partial response to treatment according to the Response Evaluation Criteria of Solid Tumours (RECIST). • Patients with good performance status < 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Early/resectable epithelial ovarian cancer cases. • Borderline or non-epithelial ovarian tumours. • Progressive disease after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. • Patients with bad performance status > 2
