Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age: 40–60 years • Kennedy Class I mandibular edentulism • Presence of first or second premolar as last standing abutment • Normal maxillo-mandibular relationship • Angle’s Class I ridge relationship • Presence of most opposing maxillary natural teeth • Sufficient intermaxillary space with well-developed ridges • Age: 40–60 years • Kennedy Class I mandibular edentulism • Presence of first or second premolar as last standing abutment • Normal maxillo-mandibular relationship • Angle’s Class I ridge relationship • Presence of most opposing maxillary natural teeth • Sufficient intermaxillary space with well-developed ridges • No signs of mucosal inflammation
