Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Age 20-45 years. 2- Women diagnosed with uterine leiomyomas through transvaginal sonography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Pregnant women. 2- menopausal women. 3- women with a history of malignancies.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Leiomyoma volume: The Size of the myoma will be measured at three diameters of myomas (transverse, vertical, and anterior-posterior). The same sonographer will repeat these measurements after 3 months of therapy.

Actual blood loss per menstrual period, according to the pictorial blood loss assessment chart (PBLAC),
