Inclusion criteria: Primigravida from 37weeks gestational age Uncomplicated singleton pregnancy Cephalic presentation Contraindications to vaginal delivery Informed consent for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy before 37weeks Multiple pregnancy Previous caesarean section Malpresentation Abruptio place at Placenta praevia Elderly primigravida Preeclampsia Sickle cell disease
