Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All selected children with myopia more than -0.50Ds with less than -2.00Dc astigmatism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All children with any systemic conditions like any infectious disease, DM, or cardiac abnormality All children with congenital central nervous system abnormalities like Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and autism All children with an allergic reaction on ocular medications or atropine eye drops.
