| Anthropometric measures were recorded using standardized protocols. Parameters such as body weight, body mass index, muscle mass, body fat percentage, and visceral fat were assessed using bioelectrical impedance analysis and manual anthropometry. Range of motion was evaluated using three tests: the sit and reach test, which measures lower back and hamstring flexibility; the shoulder static flexibility test, which assesses upper body flexibility; and the standing stork test, an indicator of balance and dynamic joint mobility. Muscle strength was assessed using standardized manual muscle testing for the knee flexors, knee extensors, ankle plantar flexors, and ankle dorsiflexors. Physiological parameters were quantified by recording resting heart rate, blood pressure, and metabolic rate before and after the intervention. | — |
