Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with primary distal hypospadias. age = 6 months but >18 years. healthy wide urethral plate =8mm. width of penile glans =14mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled bleeding diathesis. patient not fit for general anesthesia were also excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Intraoperative by the cosmotic appearance and the adequcy of urethral plate. Early postoperative at outpatient clinic after removal of urethral catheter and surgical dressing.

Assessment for late postoperative complications and cosmosis
