Inclusion criteria: 1. American society of Anesthesiologists physical status grade 1 and grade 2. 2. Age between 16 and 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Neuromuscular diseases 3. Hemotalogical diseases 4. Psychiatric diseases

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Total postoperative rescue nalbuphine requirements in the 1st 24 hours.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score at rest, during coughing and on movement measured at 1, 2, 4, 6, 12 and 24 postoperative hours.
