Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * Persons diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, 25-65 years of age *BMI: = 26kg/cm2 *Sedentary, able to exercise Physical *Stable weight in the past 6 months * Agree to eat meals during specific hours of the day *On oral antidiabetic drugs *Willing and able to perform laboratory tests on specific dates during the study *HbA1C 10%(<86 mmol.mol-1 )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: *Eating disorders *Persons who smoke and are under insulin therapy *Pregnant women, those who breastfeed within 24 weeks of starting the study, as well as those with known cardiovascular problems. *Significant and unstable medical conditions over the past year: Neurological (migraines, convulsions, stroke). *Persons taking drugs that could influence muscle size and strength, such as testosterone and growth hormone

- Body composition - Biochemical reponses (inflammation, glucose, lipid profile, thyroid profile, standard profile, hormonal profile, hepatic profile, glycolytique profile , oxidative stress) - cardiovascular function - mood state (pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue), physical performances :6MWT, Squat Jump and Counter Movement Jump ,Cardiorespiratory endurance, Grip strength, test (1RM) ,postural stability (force plateform), quality of life(Questionnaire SF36), endothelial function, Hand grip, chair test (Lower-extremity muscle strength),pulmonair function,cognitive function, we will evaluate oxygenated and deoxygenated hemoglobin muscle (O2Hb and HHb) using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS).

Sleep quality,( actimetry , self-reported daily evaluation of sleep , and the completion of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnairy) cognitives respenses ,A heart rate monitor, quality of life(Questionnairy SF36)-Chronotype(Questionnairy),Questionnaire caen , Questionnaire (EDE-Q), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)) , Hunger and Satiety Visual Analogue Scales (VAS),Eating Attitudes Test (EAT 26).
