Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1-complete history taking. 2-complete examination of the shoulder. 3-frozen shoulder (insidious onset with a progressive increase in pain, and a gradual decrease in active and passive range of motion) 4-plain-x-ray to the shoulder . 5-MRI to the shoulder . 6-ESR,CRP,RF. D.M 7-age from 45 to 64 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1-Secondary etiology of shoulder ache (e.g., acute trauma, fractures, bony deformities, and glenohumeral joint disease) 2-hemiplegia 3-cervical disc and spondylosis are contraindicated for block therapies (e.g., bleeding disorder and infection) and chronic medical diseases were excluded from this study.
