Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include women aged 40-65 years residing at sombe/mwitika ward Those with no motor accident fractures and other non-osteoporotic fractures Those not taking micronutrient supplementation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who don’t give consent Those who are too sick to participate in study Those suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease
