Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women falling in category 2 and above presenting for caesarean section and consent to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Participants with bleeding disorders • Participants with altered mental state • Participants who receive intra operative analgesia and dexamethasone • Participants who do not receive standard spinal anaesthesia of bupivacaine with fentanyl
