Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age from 3 to 13 years old suffering cerebral palsy Spastic form Hemiplegia or diplegia Gross Motor Function Classification System up to 3 Clinical diagnosis of spasticity in triceps surae Regular use of postural devices in lower limb

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: * Intellectual disability * Associated form of CP: dystonic, hypotonic, choreoathetoid, or mixed * Fixed foot deformity related to Achilles tendon contracture * Families who declined to participate in the clinical trial * Patients lost during follow-up * Patients undergoing neurotomy during follow-up * other forms ( dystonic, athetosis,ataxic or other)
