Inclusion criteria: All consenting pregnant women after the age of viability having vaginal delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac disease in pregnancy Anaemia in pregnancy Allergies to oxytocin or Carbetocin Multiple gestation Polyhydramnios
