Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All female students with primary dysmenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who had a previous history of adverse reactions to zinc sulphate 2. Students who are on hormonal contraceptives 3. Students who had a previous history of adverse reactions to non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). 4. Refusal to consent or assent to the study 5. Parents who refuse to give consent or approval to their wards to participate in this study.
