Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Term (37 to 42weeks) singleton pregnancy Cephalic presenting fetus No drainage of liqour No contraindication to vaginal delivery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age < 18years Contraindications to vaginal delivery Bishop score of 6 and above Fetal macrosomia Fetal abnormal presentation Multiple pregnancy Grand multiparity Preterm pregnancy Intra uterine fetal death Previous uterine surgeries Preinduction fetal heart rate abnormalities Present history of antepartum haemorrhage
