Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 30–60 years. Clinically diagnosed with L5 radiculopathy (confirmed by MRI). Moderate pain intensity on Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS =4). Able to walk independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe motor deficits requiring surgery. History of lumbar surgery. Uncontrolled comorbid conditions (e.g., diabetes with neuropathy). Cognitive impairment affecting compliance.
