Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - All newly diagnosed breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancer patients and those cancer cases who have received surgical treatment in other hospitals and referred to those twelve hospitals for further Treatment from January – September 2021 - = 18 years - Both clinically and pathologically confirmed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria - Those cancer patients who are severely ill during data collection time - Those cancer patients with severe form of psychiatric disorders like schizopherenia and bipolar disorders.

-Quality of life at baseline (before the intervention) -Common mental disorders at baseline (before the intervention)

MeasureTime frame
- Adherence to surgical procedures immediately as indicated - Adherence to hormonal therapy (Breast and prostate) after 1 year - Survival of patients at 2 years
