Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Midwives The study will include Registered Midwives: 1. who have worked in the labour and/or obstetric theatre for at least 6 to 12 months. 2. with at least a diploma qualification. Neonates The study will include neonates: 1. who require resuscitation 2. delivered at least 35 completed weeks of gestation or more 3. with a birth weight of 2.0 kilograms or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Midwives The study will exclude Registered Midwives: 1. who do not consent to be part of the study Neonates The study will exclude neonates: 1. delivered at 34 weeks and below 2. with a birth weight below 2.0 kilograms 3. born with multiple congenital anomalies
